Staff was very kind always trying to help. Swimming pool looks great.
Hotel is older then it looks like on photos. The air condition working with a noise of old truck, sometimes we woke up just to turn it of because of the noise. Water has always different temperature you never now sich shower you will get.
Geolocation is good beach cafe is in 2 minutes walk, central square is in 3. Las is a beautiful City.
Reception and corridors stink of cigarette smoke. Very hot room and pillows cause irritation / overheating also. Didn't try the breakfast. Great location though...
Probably the worst hotel we stayed in during our 6 weeks in Europe. Room with ants. Pool empty. No breakfast as promised. Not impressed.
Washroom and plumbing issues made the stay miserable. Staff tried but could not resolve the problem. Staff are polite.
Internet connectivity was very poor and there was no lift in the building of four floors. The staff was very polite and respectful.
Location and service was great. Staff were very prompt. A special thanks to Mahmut who was always helpful and willing to go above and beyond.
A great hotel and the breakfast is nice as well.
